Food Truck Friday – March

Today is going to be a short, but oh-so-sweet Food Truck Friday… because it’s all about the desserts. Most food trucks provide food to satisfy your savory side, but there are also some four wheeled, sweet shops rolling around to calm that sweet tooth. Dessert trucks are in a class of their own because you don’t have to commit to eating a full meal. It’s easy to talk yourself into a dessert, even if you’re already pretty full. It’s not as easy to talk yourself into trying that cuban sandwich after eating a whole pizza, hah. With dessert trucks, like all food trucks, variety is the name of the game. You can go with a delicious classic like cupcakes or ice cream or you can branch out and get something a little different like a s’more. (Who would have thought that you could eat those without being in the woods around a campfire?) So with warm weather just around the corner get ready to go outside and spoil your dinner.
